Service Hours and Coverage Area

We are a 24/7 service as all medical services should be. However, our aircraft is based in Kota Kinabalu and our response time may be prolonged when responding to a call out of the Kota Kinabalu area. The estimated time will be conveyed to the client in these cases. Air transfers and response times will also be based on weather and aircraft availability.

Our coverage area for land transfers include Sabah, Sarawak, FT Labuan and Brunei Darussalam. Patients needing long land transfers may also be offered air transfers depending on personal preferences and clinical condition. Long transfers are usually planned and not done as an emergency due to the risk and safety issues of such transfers. The patient will be assessed by our medical team and advised accordingly regarding the mode and timing of such transfers.
